What it is
PomoForest is a free Pomodoro-style focus timer that runs directly in your browser. It is designed for studying, writing, coding, reading, and working with less visual noise.
Customize lets you show or hide the leaf symbols above the timer and beside PomoForest. Hiding them preserves the timer's height and moves the brand name to the left. This choice is saved in your browser.
Pausing preserves the remaining time when switching tabs. Active sessions calculate time from their end time and synchronize when you return. After focus, the break starts automatically; after the break, you start the next focus session manually.
Why it exists
The goal of PomoForest is to offer a simple, beautiful, and distraction-light focus tool without requiring an account.
Instead of only counting minutes, PomoForest creates a small focus atmosphere with calming backgrounds, ambient sounds, music, tasks, and local statistics.
Privacy by default
Your tasks, sessions, preferences, and statistics are saved locally in your browser using browser storage.
PomoForest does not require an account and does not keep a database of your routine, tasks, or focus history. Data is not synchronized between devices and may be lost when browser data is cleared. Optional Analytics is described in the Privacy Policy.
